Disruption is the new norm and it’s happening faster than ever. To succeed now and in the future, organizations must be designed to nurture long-term customer relationships, respond with speed and agility, and seize new opportunities. The need for radical collaboration, empathy, and creativity has never been greater. I believe that these three things have the power to change the world and are the requirements of leading organizations.

Over the past 20 years, I have helped many of the world’s most ambitious organizations and agencies realize their next stage of growth. My strategic vision has helped guide award-winning creative output across the globe. I’ve had the pleasure of working with notable brands including Adidas, Motorola, Vodafone, Nokia, Michelin, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Nivea, AT&T, Telus, TD, BMW, Ford, Walmart, Molson Coors, Unilever, and Nestle.

Growing up I was a competitive cyclist who raced internationally. As a result, I have always had one foot in Toronto and the other in Amsterdam.
